Okay so a lot of things have happened since my last post, I'll do my best to report.
On Tuesday, Winona and I finally got a chance to catch up with each other, and we went to Orchard for lunch, where we reached Taka at exactly the same timw. Although I was under Taka and she was outside. Went to Gramophone for DVD shopping, but surprisingly, failed to find any good deals. We then trudged down to Wheelock to meet up with her friend Grace, and found a CD sale. 75% off. Hurry! While stocks last! Then went back to Taka, AGAIN, but she failed to find her cartoon book. Her disappointment apparent, we went back to her house for movies, and I let her watch the highly successful Shaun of the Dead, a Zom-Rom-Com (That's Zombie-romantic-comedy to you). As much as she likes Simon Pegg, the actor and co-writer, the movie failed to leave any impact on her whatsoever, to my dismay, as she said the movie "Sucked". To each his cup of tea, Winona.

Had a Star wars marathon the next day, the original trilogy, which took 7 hours. I managed to sail through the marathon with eyeballs intact, a feat I'm very proud of. Han Solo had won second place in my Pirate Hall of Fame, joining fey pirate Captain Jack Sparrow, who topped the scruffy looking Nerf Herder. Congrats General Solo.

Set off for SC camp the next day, where we did Dragon Boating, someplace in Kallang. Dragon boating was fun, but the girls can't seem to quit staring at the man-boob parade around us. I'd like to Thank the Lord for my height (Or lack of), as this meant any buckets of water being thrown my way sailed right over me, instead striking my hapless fluffy headed friend, who sat next to me. I was not very good at splashing back, so our boat was always in need of the bail bucket. Despite having a taller partner, I still found myself drenched by the end of the activity, as not only were there attacks from other SC/NCC dominated boats, we also found ourselves
ducking friendly fire. FYI, if you have a friend who can't keep a steady arm while attempting to throw a bucket full of water, never, ever, let him hold the bail bucket. Never. Ever.

The rest of the camp went smoothly, with a twisted game of Twister, an episode of Happy Tree friends, wet shoes, big bloody mosquitos (I had a bite on the ankle the size of Mount Olympus), buffets, water games, etc etc... Too bad we couldn't finish the camp due to a Chemical catastrophe.
