Read in the papers that this kid in Britain was the youngest to be accepted by MENSA cause his IQ's off the charts.
Gets you thinking really. Is it wise to give a child this responsibility? Not that I'm doubting the kid's abilities, but as of this moment he hasn't really gotten started. IQ isn't a fixed trait. It can drop or increase with age. I don't know. Plus now the kid has all these expectations placed upon him before the good years start.
I don't know when adults start realising a kid's idea of status doesn't tally with an adult's.
